You can easily track the progress of your order, and the
scheduled delivery date, by clicking on the icon below that corresponds
to the tracking information that you received. For example, if you received
a UPS tracking number, click on the UPS icon and enter your tracking number
for details. Please be sure to track your order through the carrier specified in your emailed shipment notification.

Please check each product page for the usual shipping times. Please allow up to 7 business days for transit time after the item ships. Please be patient. Some of the
products we offer ship directly from the manufacturer and sometimes the
tracking information is delayed in getting to us even though the order has been already shipped. If you have not received
word that an item is not available then you can rest assured that your order
is being processed.
Your tracking number is incorrect?
You may receive an "Invalid Tracking Number" or "Billing Information Received" message when tracking your order. Again, please be patient. Some tracking numbers are emailed the same day the package is shipping and may not have been entered into the shipping company's system yet. Please wait a couple of business days and then recheck the status. If after a couple of business days you are still receiving the same information, feel free to contact us.
